Zenia Boulevard – Full steam ahead! After some recent delays, work on the La Zenia based shopping centre is now well underway. The centre, officially christened ‘ZENIA BOULEVARD’ is expected to be the largest in the country (some 180,000 sqm!) and will facilitate up to 150 shops. Various retailers have already confirmed their positions: Decathlon, Zara, Zara Home, Pull & Bear, Massimo Dutti, Stradivarius, Oysho, Norauto, C & A, Worten, Leroy Merlin to name a few.
The centre will help boost the local economy and the 1,800+ expected job vacancies will certainly help reduce the local unemployment rate, not to mention the jobs already generated in the construction sector.
La Zenia (Costa Blanca South) is located on the N332 coastal road between Cabo Roig and Playa Flamenca. It is easily reached from both Murcia and Alicante airports being around 20 minutes from Murcia airport by car and 45 minutes from Alicante.
