For most going on their annual holiday the last thing on your mind would be where the nearest gym was! However for the keep-fit enthusiasts and for those looking to move to Spain on a permanent basis it’s worthwhile knowing where the local gyms can be found in your area – just in case you want to firm up those wobbly bits before the beach season arrives, or like me when you find yourself trying to squeeze into your ever shrinking swimwear! Below is a brief list along with addresses and contact details of some of the gyms which can be found on the Costa Blanca South. Most of the gyms on the Costa Blanca offer day passes, along with weekly and monthly memberships. As with gyms in the UK local gyms tend to have a dedicated and qualified team of instructors and personal trainers who can help you with your fitness goals.

ALGORFA:
